Promotion Details

Win a Month’s Supply of Rich Yolk eggs, Plus a Good Egg Club Merch Bundle

Exclusive for Royal Cornwall Show attendees with entry via QR code sign up form and option to opt-in to marketing communications.

The promoter is St. Ewe Free Range Eggs Ltd (company number 11384483) whose registered office is at Resparveth, Grampound Road, Truro TR2 4EF (“Promoter”).

The competition is only available for entry within the Royal Cornwall Show opening hours. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter and any associated brand(s) involved in the promotion, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

2.4 Internet access is required for competition entry.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must complete the steps stated on the competition entry form and use a valid email address.

3.2 Unless otherwise stated:

• Multiple entries per person will be permitted providing separate valid email addresses are used
• Where more than one entry is submitted but only one entry is accepted due to competition entry requirements, a random generator will remove multiple entries and select from a list of individual entries
• Entries must be made in the entrant’s own name
• Bulk, automated, third-party, or fraudulent entries will not be accepted

3.3 No purchase is necessary.

3.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.

3.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 One winner (unless otherwise stated) will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.

4.2 The draw will take place within 5working days of the closing date.

4.3 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize

5.1 The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon competition entry.

5.2 The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize.

5.3 If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

5.4 The Promoter will provide the winner’s surname and county to anyone who requests this information within one month of the closing date (in line with ASA/CAP requirements).

5.5 If a winner objects to their surname and county being published or made available, they should contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

6. The Prize

6.1 The prize is as stated in the promotional material and detailed below in Section 11.

6.2 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.

6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6.4 The prize will be sent by post to a UK address provided by the winner or hand delivered where local to the business. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

7. Publicity

7.1 The Promoter may request that the winner participates in reasonable publicity related to the promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of accepting the prize.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://steweeggs.com/privacy-notice/

8.2 Data will be used solely for the administration of the promotion unless explicit consent is obtained for further marketing at the point of entry.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its control.

9.2 The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

9.3 By entering the promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

9.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
